doForms is a product of Mobile Data Technologies LLC, a small business focused on building smartphone applications. Our mission is to assist organizations with distributed workers lower their operating costs by replacing paper forms with smartphones and small tablet computers. We believe that there are over 3 million businesses in North America alone that can benefit from this. As an ROI reference point, the average cost of a one-sided paper form which is filled out manually and later transcribed into a data system is between $0.51 and $1.88 (depending on volume and the labor cost of transcription). Other benefits, such as increased accuracy, data security, elimination of fraud, and instant reporting can also be realized. The deterrent for most organizations to using mobile devices to eliminate these paper costs and accrue the other benefits has been the significant investment in software development and IT infrastructure needed to do so. We eliminate these obstacles by enabling "everyday workers" to implement doForms themselves, and operate it on our hosted and secure infrastructure, thereby eliminating the need for major up front investments and long implementation times. Our software engineering team is international. All business functions are located in the United States.
