We offer a 20% discount to students, teachers, educational institutions, and non-governmental humanitarian assistance and environmental organizations. What we ask for in return is a two-page "Case Study", with pictures, that describes your use of doForms which we can publish on the doForms website.
To apply for this program, please send us a proposal (no more than two pages) with the following information:
1. Your name, organization, address, telephone, email
2. A brief description of your project or program, including location and duration.
3. A brief description of how you plan to use doForms.
4. Acknowledgement that you will provide us with a two-page "Case Study".
Proposals should be emailed to grants@doForms.com
We will accept or reject your proposal and notify you within 14 days after submission.
