I am delighted to announce that today we have released doForms 4.0. This new version is packed with new capabilities and features that make form-building easier while producing more attractive and functional forms. Here are some notable enhancements:

First, consistency. Now your form will look the same whether viewed on your mobile device, in a browser, or as a PDF or printed document.

Second, ease of use. For instance, we’ve redesigned the form-building platform to make it easier to use our most popular features. And we’ve enhanced the hints and information-on-demand features. We’ve also made it easier to enhance the appearance of your forms with easier-to-set color and design preferences, flexible spacing, and a whole new set of icons.

Third, availability. Maybe the biggest change is how we’ve opened up doForms, making it easier and more cost-effective to collect data from everywhere and everyone. Our new web client opens up doForms to your users working on laptops, or Windows-based tablets, or on non-iOS or Android mobile devices. You can easily embed doForms forms into your emails, documents, and webpages so customers, employees —  or anyone —  can register for events, answer surveys, send in inquiries, pre-fill forms with their data before a service call, and much more. These users don’t need a doForms license, and you simply pay a small charge per each form submitted.

Because doForms is cloud-based, there’s nothing you need to do or anything extra to pay in order to receive this upgrade. Just log into your account.

Once you take a look at 4.0, should you have any questions or concerns – or just want some additional help in ensuring your successful transition to 4.0 – please email us at feedback@doforms.com or call (1 855 DOFORMS or +1 908 505 9020) to speak with one of our Mobile Forms Consultants.

We’re also holding a number of “What’s New” webcasts to walk you through the new version and answer questions.

All the best,

John Darienzo
