Login to your account at www.doforms.com/login using the following credentials to verify that it is operational:
Account name. This is the website name that you specified in the doForms Order Form (letters and numbers only)
Username. This is the email address that you specified in the doForms Order Form.
Password. This is the password that you specified in the doForms Order Form.
Website setup consists of two parts (i) telling the website which mobile devices are allowed to connect to it, and (ii) establishing login credentials for any additional website users other than you. In preparation for this setup, we recommend that you assemble two lists:
(i) Make a list of mobile numbers and PINs. These two numbers are used to connect each mobile device to your doForms website. The mobile number will most likely be the telephone number of the mobile device. If the device is a PC or tablet with no cell phone, the mobile number may be any 10-20 digit number. The PIN can be any 4-digit number. We recommend using a different PIN for each mobile number. The number of mobile devices that you will be able to setup will correspond to your account level.
(ii) Make a list of names, email addresses, passwords and privilege levels of additional users that you want to grant access to your doForms website. The web user privilege levels are as follows:
Read – Access to the "View Data Tab" to view data only.
Edit – Access to the "View Data Tab" to view, add, edit, delete, and export data.
Manage – Full access to all doForms website Tabs and all their functionality, including building forms, managing projects, connecting additional mobile devices, and setting up additional website users.
When your doForms website starts, the Website Setup Wizard will appear. Simply follow the step-by-step instructions for entering the items from the lists above. Remember that you can add or change mobile numbers and PINs at any time by using the "Mobile Units Tab", and you can add or change website users later by using the "Web Users Tab".

IMPORTANT: The website setup step above must be completed prior to starting Step 2.
If you have not already done so, you will need to download the free doForms mobile application to your mobile device. You do this from the Android Market, Apple App Store, or BlackBerry App World by searching for "doForms", then following the instructions provided by the market place. This download is free.
When you start the doForms app on a mobile device for the first time, the doForms First Time Setup Wizard will run. The setup process requires that your mobile device has an Internet connection. If you do not have an Internet connection, cancel the Setup Wizard and try again later when you do.
During the setup process, you will be asked to enter a "mobile number" and "PIN". These two numbers are used to connect the mobile device to your doForms website. The mobile number will most likely be the telephone number of the mobile device. If the device is a PC or tablet with no cell phone, the mobile number may be any 10-20 digit number. The PIN must be a 4-digit number. The mobile number and PIN must match those entered in Step 1 for the corresponding device.
The Setup Wizard will also ask you for a nickname. The nickname is used as a friendly way to identify this mobile device in the doForms website. This nickname is of your choosing and will be communicated to your doForms website. You may use any alpha-numeric name up to 10 characters, including spaces.
