This form uses Lookup Tables to create item numbers, quantities, costs, and descriptions. Data Lookup fields are used to access the pre-loaded information and display it to the end user. An Auto-number is used to generate a unique invoice number and Calculations for the invoice math. Enter data into each field to operate this form optimally.
